"Tsukurizakaya Cherry blossoms liqueur" is a liquor with a cherry aroma and plenty of polyphenols. We used the cherries from mountain cherry trees from Japan's greatest path of cherry trees, located at the base of Mt. Iwaki in Hirosaki city, Aomori. The fruit of the mountain cherry tree contains high levels of polyphenols, making this a great, sweet sake to enjoy for health conscious individuals. This sake has a lower alcohol content, making it great for those who have a hard time drinking sake. It is best enjoyed chilled, and straight, on the rocks, or as a base for a cocktail. A liquor made using the cherry tree, the flowers of which are symbols of Japan.
