"Tsukurizakaya Apple liqueur" is a liquor made using an abundance of juice squeezed from ripe apples from Aomori's Tsugaru region. After creating Junmai with Aomori rice, we added apple juice to dilute and adjust the alcohol. It has the aroma and sweetness of apples, with the unique after taste of malted rice from the Junmai. This is a new type of sake which is best when chilled, and enjoyed straight, on the rocks, or as a base for a cocktail. It is perfect for a pre-dinner or dessert drink.

About "Tsukurizakaya"
This liquor is made using techniques used only by Japanese sake manufacturers. It has lower alcohol content making it easy to drink, can be purchased with a single coin, and has an adorable design on its label. We offer four types of sake: apple, cherry , plum, and amazake.
