Made with Hiroshima Prefecture-grown rice that is selected by the master brewer, polished to a 50% degree, and fermented with yeast from Hiroshima, "Sempuku Junmai-daiginjo Murokagenshu, undiluted without charcoaled" is a Junmai Daiginjo committed to local ingredients. Enjoy the flavor of freshly brewed Murokagenshu as it is, unfiltered and with no water added. This sake rewards fans of Japanese sake with a characteristic rich taste. In the mouth, it yields a showy bouquet redolent of fresh apple, then a sweet, ample flavor with a clean aftertaste. While it is particularly recommended chilled, it can also be enjoyed at room temperature.
About "Sempuku"
