Party Goddess UZUME Junmai-daiginjo Relaxation Level 3 is a very sweet junmai-daiginjo with a profound sweetness and acidity. This natural, sugar-free sake is brewed with a carefully selected sake rice cultivar that is cultivated within 12 miles of the brewery using a special method. The "Level 3" in its name refers to its sugar content, with higher grades (Levels 1~5) indicating sake with higher sugar contents. This sake is produced without any additives, sugar, or added water, giving rise to a luxurious and delightful sweetness that you would not expect from a sake that is brewed using rice only. It has a sharp flavor when chilled and a fuller body with umami notes when warm, giving rise to an impressive balance between sweetness and acidity. You can enjoy this product as a dessert sake or as an accompaniment to dishes containing cream, cheese, tomato sauce, or sweet and sour sauce, as well as other rich and acidic dishes.
