Kura Master2019 Sparkling Standard Division Gold
"8000 Dry sparkling" is a dry sparkling sake made with the same secondary fermentation as champagne, using carefully-selected local rice and yeast from Aomori prefecture and the famous waters of Kanisawa, Hachinohe. The foam is fine and soft, and the white koji produces beautiful, distinct bubbles. This dry sparkling sake is not just an aperitif, but can be drunk during or after a meal. 8000 Dry Sparkling has garnered high praise on a global scale, receiving awards such as the gold award at the 2019 "Kura Master"Sparkling Standard Division, the highest authority of sake in France.
