Sake-1 Grand Prix2015 Comprehensive Grand Prix

"Beau Michelle" is a unique sake made by playing The Beatles' music during the fermenting process. Similarly to ginjo, this low-alcohol sake is carefully packaged in bottles similar to wine bottles. It has a nuance of aged fruit, and a slightly thick texture. The alcohol content is lower than normal sake, with a gentle sweet and sour taste that makes it an enjoyable sake for both connoisseurs and light drinkers. It took home both the "Goes Well with a Wine Glass" division and general division award at the 2015 Sake-1 Grand Prix in Kyoto. Born from a novel idea, this sake goes great before or after a meal.

About "Sawanohana"
"Sawanohana", brewed in a cold in a highland city rich in nature, means "a beautiful flower blooming in the clear waters of Shinshu Saku." It's concept is, "a sake with a delicious first drink, and a pleasantly pure second." Our young brewer and brewmaster uses only sake rice from Nagano to produce this pleasant, clean drinking local sake.
