Japan plum liqueur award2017 Cloudy Plum Liqueur Division Silver

"Aragoshi Plum liqueur" is a plum liqueur that blends the pulp from about seven plums in 720 ml of "Umenoyado Plum Liqueur ", which steeps name-brand plums from Nishiyoshino, Nara Prefecture in "Umenoyado" sake. As the plum pulp is grated and blended, you can fully enjoy the sweet and tart aroma of plum with a thick texture and rich taste. The base is "Umenoyado", a sake slowly brewed through the 「Kimoto・Yamahai-zukuri」 method for creating fermentation starter (shubo) by hand. It is a sake-based dessert plum wine with a fruity appeal, created by a sake brewery.

About "Aragoshi"
The "Aragoshi" series consists of liqueurs with a sake base. This ability to create liqueurs other than sake, with sake as the base, is made possible by the assured technology of breweries in Japan. This is a dessert-like liqueur with a fruity appeal.
