「 Aragoshi Apple liqueur」 is a fruit juice-like liqueur with a sake base, packed with domestic apple juice and pulp. Made with copious grated apple and chopped apple, it fully draws out the natural sweetness and freshness of apples. It is best enjoyed on the rocks. The ice and apples meld to deliver a milder taste. Stir while drinking to enjoy the chopped apple pulp that sinks in the glass. "Umenoyado" sake, carefully and painstakingly brewed through the 「Kimoto・Yamahai-zukuri」 method for creating fermentation starter (shubo) by hand, is a liqueur with the fruity appeal of plentiful apple.
