"Sempuku Sparkling Seishu" is a sparkling sake produced by adding carbon dioxide to a "Junmai Daiginjo" brewed with Hiroshima-produced ”Shinsenbon" and "Senbonnishiki" rice which has been polished down to 50%. At -45 on the sake meter value, in which minus values represent sweetness and plus values represent dryness, we have produced a sparkling sake with a refreshing flavor and just the right amount of sweetness. Enjoy a sharpness like champagne alongside the natural sweet and savory flavors of the rice. "Sempuku” also has the auspicious meanings of "longevity" and "family prosperity", so we also recommend it as a toasting sake for wedding receptions and a celebratory gift.

About "Sempuku"
"Sempuku" is a "sake of family harmony," named by the founder after his wife (Fuku) and mother (Chito) to praise the contribution of these women to his success. It features a clean and slightly dry quality. First created in a brewery in the naval port town of Kure, it has grown into a sake beloved throughout Japan and around the world.
