"Sachihime DEAR MY PRINCESS Junmai-ginjo, undiluted" is a Junmai Ginjo brewed with 100% "Yamadanishiki" from Saga Prefecture. The sake is brewed from "Yamadanishiki", also known as the "king" of sake rice. Specially contracted from Saga Prefecture farmers, the rice is polished to a 50% ratio with the same manufacturing method as for Junmai Daiginjo to produce a Junmai Ginjo that is a step above the rest. Known for its gentle fragrance and smooth taste, the sake possesses a balance of flavor and sweetness. Added to this is the "alcoholic" taste of Genshu to create a robust, medium body Junmai Ginjo with a slight fruity sweetness.

Pairing food proposed from Vendor
